This Privacy Policy explains how Tenny Rentals ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit tennyrentals.com or make a booking. Questions: hello@tennyrentals.com.

1. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Contact and booking details you provide: name, email, phone, guest count, travel dates, and messages.
• Payment information handled by Stripe (or payment handles you send us for Venmo/Zelle). We do not store full card numbers.
• Account information if you create an admin or guest account (name, email, password hash or Google sign-in identifiers).
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed.
• Cookies and similar technologies for site preferences (for example theme) and analytics.

2. How we use information

• To process reservations, payments, and confirmations (including calendar invites).
• To communicate about your stay, questions, or support requests.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To understand traffic with analytics (see below).
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Payment processors

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Their privacy policy covers how they handle payment data. For Venmo or Zelle, you interact with those services under their own terms and policies.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site (for example pages viewed and approximate location). Google may set cookies or collect technical data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can limit analytics cookies via your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.

5. Email and messaging

We send transactional email related to bookings and account activity. Contact-form messages are used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not run third-party advertising networks on the Site today.

6. Sharing

We share information only when needed:

• With service providers who help us run the Site (hosting, email delivery, payment processing).
• If required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• In connection with a business transfer, with notice when appropriate.

7. Retention

We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for the stay, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Contact-form messages are kept long enough to respond and follow up. You may ask us to update or delete account data where we are not required to retain it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password for any account and keep confirmation details private.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Your choices

• Email us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal limits.
• Adjust cookie and tracking settings in your browser.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential email if we ever send marketing (transactional booking email will still be sent).

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
